Object X produce interactive sound and light pieces that explore the psychology of play.
The group formed as result of a meeting of hyperactive minds that took place during the development of the Project X Presents event in 2007. Their experience extends to adventures in theatre, large scale site specific arts projects and rocket science.
Object X are based at a Victorian industrial unit in Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter. They spend hours in their laboratory tinkering with technology and mechanisms. One minute they are modifying antique volt meters, the next they are writing code.
